SYMPTOMS
Note A program that will use the IQueryForm interface must register extensions under the following registry subkey:

For example, assume that a program tries to register its Class ID for Active Directory Users and Computers search extension. In this case, you receive an Access Denied error in the program log.
Note The exact error message that is reported by the program log varies depending on the specific program.
CAUSE
RESOLUTION

| 1. | Log on as an administrative user. |
| 2. | Click Start , type regedit in the Start Search box, and then click regedit in the Programs list.

| 3. | Locate the following registry subkey:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT CLSID {8A23E65E-31C2-11d0-891C-00A024AB2DBB} Forms
|
| 4. | Right-click Forms, click Permissions, and then click Advanced. |
| 5. | On the Owner tab, click Administrators (Computer_Name Administrators), and then click to select the Replace owner on subcontainers and objects check box. |
| 6. | Click Apply, and then click OK two times. |
| 7. | Exit Registry Editor. |
| 8. | Install the IQueryForm program. Or, if you performed these steps after you installed the program and if the program still does not work, reinstall the program. |
