SYMPTOMS

When you print text that includes underlined Japanese characters in Windows Vista, the Japanese characters print without the underline.

Additionally, when you print text that has a strikethrough in Microsoft Excel, the characters print without the strikethrough. Moreover, if you try to print text that is underlined in Access, the characters print without the underline.

Note You do not experience these symptoms in Microsoft Office Word 2007, in Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007, or in WordpPad.
