SYMPTOMS
When one of the following language packs is installed on a non-localized English version of Windows Server 2008, the table of contents for offline Help is not displayed:

| • | Ukrainian |
| • | Romanian |
| • | Slovenian |
| • | Slovakian |
| • | Croatian |
| • | Serbian (Latin) |
| • | Bulgarian |
| • | Latvian |
| • | Lithuanian |
| • | Estonian |
Additionally, users receive the following error message:
Category not found.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, search Windows Server 2008 Help and Support to access the offline Help.
