The business telephone number of your company is printed in the Fax field when you print a document by using the basic form in Accounting Professional 2008
When you print a document by using the basic form in Microsoft Office Accounting Professional 2008 or in Microsoft Office Accounting Express 2008, the business telephone number of your company is printed in the Fax field.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, print the document by using a Microsoft Office Word template instead of by using the basic form. To do this, follow these steps:
| 1. | Start Accounting Professional 2008 or Accounting Express 2008. | ||||
| 2. | On the Company menu, click Manage Word Templates. | ||||
| 3. | Under Template Type, select a template type. | ||||
| 4. | Under Templates, select a template in the Name list, and then click Modify. | ||||
| 5. | Add your company information to the template. | ||||
| 6. | Save the template with a new name. Save the template in the default location.

| 7. | Open a document. | ||||
| 8. | On the File menu, click Print. | ||||
| 9. | In the Print dialog box, click Word template under Print options. | ||||
| 10. | Click Templates. | ||||
| 11. | Select the template that you modified in step 5. | ||||
| 12. | Click OK to print the document. |
