Method 2: Print slides as handouts
To print a presentation as handouts, follow these steps.
PowerPoint 2003 or PowerPoint 2002
| 1. | Open the presentation that you want to print. |
| 2. | On the File menu, click Print Preview. |
| 3. | On the toolbar, select the handout layout option that you want in the Print What list. |
| 4. | On the toolbar, click Print. |
PowerPoint 2007
| 1. | Open the presentation that you want to print. |
| 2. | Click the Microsoft Office Button , point to Print, and then click Print Preview. |
| 3. | On the Print Preview tab, select the handout layout option that you want from the Print What list in the Page Setup group. |
| 4. | In the Print group, click Print. |
