When a Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0-based application calls the XmlTextReader.Read function repeatedly, you receive an exception error message that resembles the following:

This exception occurs if one element name is a prefix of another element name. For example, this exception occurs if you have the Permission element and the PermissionRead element.

This problem occurs because the same hash code is generated for each element.
