Issue that this hotfix package fixes

This hotfix fixes the following issue that is not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
In Office Project Professional 2007, when you create a report by using a Visual Reports template, the week number that is displayed in the report differs from the week number that is displayed in Office Project Professional 2007. Therefore, the incorrect week number is displayed in the report.
