This article describes the Office Migration Planning Manager issues that are fixed in the hotfix package that is dated October 28, 2008.

This hotfix package fixes the following issues that were not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

• Consider the following scenario.
  • You have a computer that has the Japanese version of Windows Server 2003 installed.
  • You select Access Compatibility on the Welcome page of Office Migration Planning Manager.
  • After the Access Reporting page appears, you click Analyze.

  In this scenario, you may receive the following error message:

  ODBC – Call fail
  The data is in an inconsistent state. Please re-create the data and try again.
• After you scan a folder, the time stamp for the Date Accessed detail is changed by Office Migration Planning Manager (OMPM) unexpectedly.
• When you try to use OMPM File Scanner to scan the content of a mapped network folder, you may receive a 0×80070001 error message.

The global version of this hotfix package uses a Microsoft Windows Installer package to install the hotfix package. The dates and the times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) in the following table. When you view the file information, the date is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time item in Control Panel.
