Issue that this hotfix package fixes

This hotfix fixes the following issue that is not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
Consider the following scenario:

•	In Microsoft Office Excel 2007, you open an .xls file from a network share.
•	You do not make any modifications to the .xls file.
•	You save the .xls file.

In this scenario, you notice that the modified date of the file is set to the current date.
