Issue that this hotfix package fixes

This hotfix package fixes the following issue that is not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

If the display names of some scanners are longer than 30 characters, Microsoft Office Document Imaging may stop responding. This issue occurs when a 2007 Microsoft Office suite is installed on the computer.
