Consider the following scenario. You are running a computer on which the Danish version of Windows Vista was preinstalled by the manufacturer.However, you notice that certain elements of the user interface are not displayed as expected. Specifically, certain elements of the user interface contain English text, text that is truncated, or linguistic errors.

Most preinstalled systems are not affected by this problem. To determine whether you are experiencing these symptoms, follow these steps:

1.	Click Start, and then click Help and Support.
2.	Under Oplysninger fra Microsoft, click Søge efter dine filer og mapper.
3.	In the upper-right corner, click Vis alle.
4.	Under SÃ¥dan filtrerer du dine filer, view the text that is displayed in the image.

This image contains the English words Sort and Group. If these words are displayed in Danish as Sorter and Grupper, you are not experiencing this problem.

This problem occurs if an incorrect version of the Danish Windows Vista user interface was preinstalled on the computer.
