This article assumes that you understand how to create a table of contents in Microsoft Word.

This article describes how to add table of content entries that contain no page numbers, similar to the following example. You may want to use this method to prevent multiple table of contents entries from appearing with the same page number.

   Baseball............................................................1
      Origins and Early History
      Development of Baseball Leagues
      Professional Baseball Government
   Current Major and Minor Leagues.....................................2
      American League..................................................2
      National League..................................................3


NOTE: By default in Microsoft Word, you hold CTRL and then click the table of contents entry to move to that page in the document. This action works the same way, regardless of whether or not the TOC entry has a page number.


How to Create a TOC Entry with No Page Number





1.
Create your Word document and table of contents the way   that you typically do.




2.
Put the insertion point at the beginning of the text that   you want to appear in the table of contents without a page number, and then   select the text.




3.
In Word 2003 and 2002, click Copy on the Edit   menu. In Word 2007, click Copy on the Home group.




4.
Put the insertion point at the end of the text that you   selected and copied in steps 2 and 3.




5.
In Word 2003 and 2002, click Field on the Insert   menu. In Word 2007, click Quick Parts in the Insert   group, and then click Field.




6.
In the Field dialog box, select TC in the Field   names box.




7.
Put the insertion point in the Text entry   box, under Field properties.




8.
To insert your copied text into the Text entry   box, press SHIFT+INSERT or press CTRL+V.




9.
Under Field options, follow these steps:





a.
Select the Outline level check box.




b.
In the Outline level text box, type the     indentation level that you want for the text in the table of contents. For     example, if you want the text to appear as second-level text, type 2.NOTE: If you leave the Outline level text box     blank, the text appears left-aligned in your table of contents.




c.
Select the Suppresses page number check     box.




d.
Click OK to close the Field dialog box.









10.
Select your existing table of contents.




11.
In Word 2003 and Word 2002, point to Reference on   the Insert menu, and then click Index and Tables. In Word 2007,   click Table of Contents in the References group, and then   click Insert Table of Contents.




12.
On the Table of Contents tab, click Options.




13.
In the Table of Contents Options dialog   box, select the Table entry fields check box.




14.
Click OK to close the Table of Contents   Options dialog box.




15.
Click OK to close the Index and Tables   dialog box.




16.
To replace your existing table of contents, click OK   in the following message:Do you want to replace the selected table of contents?





How to Make Changes to a TOC Entry with No Page Number





•
If you use Word 2003 and 2002





1.
On the Tools menu, click Options.




2.
On the View tab, select the All check box     under Formatting marks.




3.
Click OK to close the Options dialog box.




4.
You now see a TC field, similar to the following     example, next to the text that appears in your table of contents without a     page number:Origins and Early History{ TC “Origins and     Early History” \l 2 \n }




5.
Select the TC field, including the opening {     bracket and the closing } bracket.




6.
On the Insert menu, click Field.




7.
For information about how to use the Field dialog     box for a table of contents entry that contains no page number, see steps 5     through 9 of the How to     Create a TOC Entry with No Page Number section of this article.




8.
On the View menu, click Options.




9.
Clear the All check box, under Formatting     marks.




10.
Click OK to close the Options dialog box.




11.
Select your existing table of contents.




12.
Press F9 to update your table of contents.




13.
If you receive the following message, select Update     entire table, and then click OK.Word is updating the table of contents. Select one of     the following options:










If you use Word 2007





1.
Click the Microsoft Office Button, and then click Word     Options.




2.
On the Display tab, click to select the     Show all formatting marks check box, and then click OK.Note Next to the text that appears in the table of contents, you now     see a TC field without a page number. The TC field is similar to the     following example:

Select the TC field. Make sure to include the opening     bracket and the closing bracket.

    When you use Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 to send an e-mail message, the recipient of the message sees an attachment that is called Winmail.dat.

    To prohibit Outlook 2007 from sending the Winmail.dat file, follow these steps:

      

    1. Install hotfix 957692.

In the German version of SharePoint Server 2007, you try to add a picture to a SharePoint page in the Foto section. In this section, the title of the button to select the picture that you want to use is Grafik schließen. In German, this means, Close picture. However, this could also be interpreted to mean, Remove picture.

        These temporary files are erroneously generated by the installer into the system root directory instead of the temp directory.

        These files are unnecessary and can be safely deleted from the system. The functioning of the runtime library will not be affected by this.
        Its a known bug and is planned to be fixed in VS2008 SP1.

           The Office 2004 for Mac 11.4.2 Update  contains several changes that improve security and stability. These changes include fixes for vulnerabilities that an attacker can use to overwrite the contents of a computer’s memory by using malicious code.

          Prerequisites
          

          Before you install the Office 2004 for Mac 11.4.2 Update, make sure that the computer is running Mac OS X 10.2.8 (Jaguar) or a later version of the Mac OS X operating system. 
          

          To verify that the computer meets this prerequisite, click About This Mac on the Apple menu.
          

          Additionally, the Microsoft Office 2004 for Mac 11.4.1 Update must be installed on the computer before you install the Office 2004 for Mac 11.4.2 Update. To verify that the Office 2004 for Mac 11.4.1 Update is installed, follow these steps:

            Known issues with this security update
            

              

            •  When you install this security update on a computer that is running Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008, you may have to restart the computer two times to complete the installation. This issue may occur if you install an XML Core Services 4.0–based update together with an update that contains inbox drivers. For example, the following updates contain inbox drivers:

              956697                                         (/Feedback.aspx?kbNumber=956697/                        )        Windows Server 2008 Hyper-V VSS writer is not used during a backup job because of corrupted or invalid virtual machine configuration files
              

              938371                                         (/Feedback.aspx?kbNumber=938371/                        )        A software update is available for the Windows Vista installation components
              

               This issue occurs because Microsoft Windows Installer (MSI)-based installations will not continue while inbox drivers are updating. This is because inbox drivers set the impactful transaction flag and the reboot required flag at the servicing stack level for Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008. Therefore, the update for XML Core Services 4.0 will fail during installation if an update that contains an inbox driver is applied first. After the inbox driver has installed, and then the computer is restarted, the installation of security update for XML Core Services 4.0 will succeed. However, an additional restart is required to complete the installation. 
              

              To avoid this issue, install the security update for XML Core Services 4.0 before you install the update that contains inbox drivers.

            •  This security update may repeatedly appear in the update list on Microsoft Update or on Windows Update if one of the system files is corrupted or if it has not been updated correctly.For more information about this issue, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

               This situation occurs because this version of MSXML is installed in side-by-side mode. To work around this issue, follow these steps:

                

              1. Remove security update 954430 by using the Add or Remove Programs item in Control Panel. 
                2. 

              2. Delete the Msxml4.dll file from the %SystemRoot% System32 folder. 
                3. 

              3. Repair the previous installation of MSXML 4.0 by using the Add or Remove Programs item in Control Panel. 
                4. 

              

              The earlier versions of the Msxml4.dll file and of the Msxml4r.dll file are restored to the side-by-side folder and to the %SystemRoot% System32 folder. 
              • 

            • You may receive the following error message when you install security update 954430 from Windows Update:

              

              

              Could not register type library for file c: Windows system32 msxml4.dll. Contact your support personnel.

              To work around this problem, manually install the security update from the Microsoft Download Center, and then click Ignore when the error message is displayed. To confirm that the installation was successful, verify that the version of the Msxml4.dll file in the %SystemRoot% System32 folder is 4.20.9870.0.

              In Windows Vista, you open a Microsoft Office PowerPoint		  2007 presentation that uses a special font. If the font does not exist on the		  computer, the presentation displays two lines instead of one		  line.

                 Most Driver Test Manager jobs run the WDKDriverValidationLibraryJob task and the WDK File Signature verification Library Job task. These tasks frequently fail. Because the failures are acceptable or expected, the tasks have a FailureAction status of IgnoreFailureAndContinue.  Therefore, the parent job that is running the tasks does not fail when these tasks fail.

                  We do not support restoration of the configuration database in SharePoint Server 2007 and in Windows SharePoint Services 3.0. 
                  

                  If you restore the configuration database, data in the configuration database will not be synchronized with data in other SharePoint Server 2007 or Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 databases.If this data  is not synchronized, users may experience various random errors. 
                  

                  For example, a Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 content database may contain data about a newer site. If the  configuration database does not contain information about this site, the site is orphaned.

                    Cause
                    

                    

                    Files in the working directory do not have the read only attribute even though they are not checked out from Visual SourceSafe.
                    

                    Several scenarios can cause this behavior: 
                    

                    1. You may have selected make writable option when getting files from SourceSafe.
                    

                    2.  You may not have Tools> Options> Local Files tab  Use Read-only Flag for files not checked out selected.
                    

                    3. You may be sharing a working directory with another user that does have the file checked out.
                    

                    4. You may have intentionally uncheck the read only attribute in order to do testing on the file without checking the file out.
                    

                    5. You may not have NTFS permissions to set the read only in the working directory. 
                    

                    6. In the dialog Tools> Options> expand Source Control and choose Environment, you set the On Edit option to do nothing and you have checked the box in the same dialogue to Allow checked in items to be edited.

                    Resolution
                    

                    

                    Make sure the user has full permissions to their working folder. 
                    

                    In VSS  Explorer:
                    

                    Open the Tools> Options> Local Files tab and make sure the Use Read-only Flag for files not checked out option has a check mark in it.
                    

                    or
                    

                    In Visual Studio:
                    

                     Go to Tools> Options> expand Source Control and choose Plug-in Settings.  Click on the advance button and select the Local Files tab and make sure the Use Read-only Flag for files not checked out option has a check mark in it.
                    

                    In Visual Studio you have the option to be prompted when editing or to automatically check the file out.
                    

                    In the dialog Tools> Options> expand Source Control and choose Environment. 
                    

                    Set the On Edit option to Prompt for Check out or Automatically check out depending on preference. 
                    

                    Move all the files from the working folder and re-issue the Get Latest (making sure you do not select make writable) and try to edit the file.

                    If you do a Get Latest, typically the files should be marked with a read only attribute.  However, sometimes the attribute is not set for some reason. Please review the cause section for most common reasons.
                    

                    Sharing of working directories is not recommend because it can easily lead to the problem described in this article.
                    

                    If you are editing directly from the SourceSafe Explorer
                    

                    Open the Tools> Options> General tab and make sure that the Double-click on a file option is set to Ask. 
                    

                    You are prompted by a dialog that contains the following question in a option group: 
                    

                    Do you want to:
                    

                    View SourceSafe’s copy of this file
                    

                    Check out this file and edit it in your working folder.

                      SYMPTOMS
                      

                      When you create checks by using the Manual Payroll feature in Microsoft Dynamics Accounting Professional or in Microsoft Dynamics Accounting Express, you receive the following error message:

                       An error occurred during payroll check creation. Payroll Liabilities: This Financial account is specified as the liability account of a tax agency and can only be used for tax related transactions.

                      CAUSE
                      

                      This problem occurs when a liability account that is used in the Manual Payroll feature is associated with a tax agency.

                      RESOLUTION
                      

                      To resolve the problem, follow these steps:
                      

                      

                      
1.
Start Accounting Professional or Accounting Express.

                      

                      
2.
	On the Employees menu, point to Manual Payroll, and then click Enter Manual Payroll.

                      

                      
3.
Enter  the start date in the Period Start Date field, enter the end date for the payroll period in the Period End Date field, and then click OK.

                      

                      
4.
	Click Step 2 – Set Up Taxes & GL.

                      

                      
5.
Note the accounts in the Post to this account column.

                      

                      
6.
	Close the ManualPayrollCalculation window.

                      

                      
7.
	On the Vendors menu, point to Vendor Lists, and then click Vendors.

                      

                      
8.
	Right-click a tax agency vendor, and then click Open Selected Items.

                      

                      
9.
	Verify that the Liability account field is not set to an account that you viewed in step 5.

                      

                      
10.
	 Repeat step 8 through step 9 for each tax agency.
                      

                      Note If a tax agency is using the liability account that you viewed in step 5, select another account in the Liability account field for the tax agency.
                      		

                      

                      

                      Note If you prefer, you can change the liability account  to another account that is not associated with a tax agency in the Manual Payroll feature.

			SUMMARY

                        Microsoft Excel saves only the part of each worksheet that is in use, meaning the section that contains data or formatting. Sometimes the last cell of a worksheet may be beyond the range of your actual used data. This issue may cause you to have a larger file size than neccesary, you may print extra pages, you may receive “Out of Memory” error messages, or you may experience other unusual behavior. Clearing the excess rows and columns to reset the last cell can help to resolve these issues.
                        

                        Note You can locate the last cell of the active worksheet by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+END.
                        

                        MORE INFORMATION
                        

                        The most common cause of the last cell being set outside the worksheet range that is currently in use is excessive formatting. When you format whole rows and columns, some types of formatting can cause the last cell to be set to a cell far below or to the right of the actual range that is in use.
                        

                        This issue may also occur when you import a Lotus 1-2-3 file into Excel. When you save the Lotus file to the Excel Workbook format, Excel cannot determine the last cell in the Lotus 1-2-3 worksheet. Therefore, it makes the whole worksheet active. To reset the last cell address, you can use either of the following methods to clear the unnecessary information (data and formatting) from the unused columns and rows of the worksheet. After you remove the extraneous information, save the sheet to force Excel to rebuild the active cell table.
                        

                        Note When you use either of the following methods, you may receive an “Out of Memory” error message or a similar error message. This is because Excel tries to delete the selected range. If you receive this error message, use smaller row or column ranges when you clear data.
                        

                        Method 1: Manually delete excess rows and columns
                        

                        To reset the last cell by manually deleting excess rows and columns, follow these steps:
                        

                        

                        
1.
Select all columns to the right of the last column that   contains data by selecting the appropriate column headings.Tip One way to do this is to press F5 and type the appropriate reference.   For example, type F:IV for columns, or type 5:65536 for rows.

                        

                        
2.
Press DELETE.

                        

                        
3.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the rows that are under the last   row that contains data.

                        

                        
4.
Save the file.

                        

                        
5.
To continue working in the file, close and then reopen the   file.

                        

                        

                        Method 2: Use an Excel add-in
                        

                        Note The following Excel add-in only applies to English version of Excel, not applies to non-English version of Excel. We recommend that you may change the language in Excel before you use this Excel add-in.
                        

                        An Excel add-in that removes excess formatting and resets the last cell is now available for download. To download this add-in, visit the following Microsoft Web site:

On the download page, click the Download   button. When you are prompted to do so, click Open or Run.

When you receive the WinZip Self-Extractor prompt, click   the Browse button, and then select the location where you   want the add-in to be extracted.Note You can put the file in the Excel add-in location, where it will   automatically show up in the Addins dialog box in Excel.   That location is the Library folder in the Office install location.   Typically, this location is the C:\Program Files\Microsoft   Office\Office\Library folder.
                        

                        After you select the download location that you want in the Browse   dialog box, click UnZip in the WinZip   dialog box. Click OK on the successful download prompt, and   then click Close in the WinZip dialog box.

Start Excel, and then follow these steps, as appropriate   for the version of Excel that you are running.

In Excel 2007, click the Add-Ins tab, and   then click Clear Excess Formats in XSFormatCleaner.xla in   the Menu Commands group.In Excel 2003 and in earlier versions of Excel, open the workbook that you   want to clean up, and then click Clear Excess Formatting in workbook   on the File menu. The macro will then clear excess   formatting from all worksheets in the file.
                        

                        When the macro is completed, you will be informed that you must save the   workbook for the changes to be permanent.

Save, close, and then reopen the file.

Features in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the other Office programs can use the search, mobility, security, and efficiency of Windows Vista to get a lot more done, much faster, and more easily.
                                

                                For example, we will see how the new Ribbon in the main Office programs can quickly harness the search capability of Windows Vista online. This helps bring vital data into Word and Excel documents. We will see how this information can then be easily shared with others on mobile devices or though online collaboration tools.

                                        In a Rich Text Format (RTF) e-mail message, a		  user		  creates		  a hyperlink to a folder or to a file that is located on a network drive. If a		  Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 user		  sends this e-mail message to a Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 user, the		  hyperlink is not resolved. The Outlook 2003 user cannot open the		  network share by using the hyperlink.
                                        

                                        Notes

                                          

                                        • This issue can occur if Outlook 2003 does not use Microsoft				Office Word as the e-mail editor.
                                          • 

                                        •  If the Outlook 2003 user opens the e-mail message by using				Outlook Web Access, the hyperlink appears. However, it points to an invalid				address. Additionally, in the Outlook Web Access Sent Items				folder of the Outlook 2007 user, the hyperlink also points to an invalid				address.

                                          This article describes the Microsoft Office Excel 2007 issues that are fixed in the hotfix package that is dated December 16, 2008.

                                          INTRODUCTION

                                          

                                          

                                          This hotfix fixes the following issues that were not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

                                            

                                          • A workbook that was created in Excel 2003 contains some shapes that are linked to certain worksheets.  When you open the workbook in Excel 2007,  the linked shapes are linked to incorrect worksheets.
                                            

                                            • 

                                          • When you use the Excel 2007 XLL Software Development Kit, you cannot use certain built-in functions, such as the xlCoerce function, to obtain strings that have more than 255 characters.

                                            • 

                                          • You have a customized button that runs a macro that hides or un-hides some columns in Excel 2007. However, after you click the button, you cannot click it again.

                                            • 

                                          • When you drag, drop, or delete cells in an Excel 2007 file that communicates with a RealTimeData (RTD) server, the DisconnectData method in the RTD server is not called.

                                            • 

                                          • The page count of an Excel 2007 workbook that contains some shapes is incorrect.

                                            Note This problem occurs because some blank pages are counted. 
                                            • 

                                          • Consider the following scenario.

                                              

                                            • You create a chart based on the values of some cells in an Excel 2007 workbook. 
                                              • 

                                            • You save the workbook.
                                              • 

                                            • You insert the workbook into a 2007 Office application as a linked object.
                                              • 

                                            • You change a cell in the Excel 2007 workbook.
                                              • 

                                            

                                            In this scenario, the chart in the workbook that was inserted into the Office application does not update.
                                            

                                            • 

                                          • You have a worksheet that has a text box in Excel 2007. If you print this worksheet from a printer that can print at 1,200 dots-per-inch (dpi), some borders are printed above the text box.

                                            • 

                                          • You make a copy of a sheet that includes a chart. However, the error bars in the chart on the new sheet still reference the cells in the old sheet.

                                            • 

                                          • Consider the following scenario.

                                              

                                            • You copy a named range from an Excel 2007 worksheet.
                                              • 

                                            •  You use the Paste Special feature to paste the range as a Microsoft Office Excel Workbook Object link into a 2007 Office system application, such as Word 2007 or PowerPoint 2007.  
                                              • 

                                            

                                            In this scenario, the link reference does not contain the range name. This problem occurs if the name of the worksheet has a space.
                                            

                                            • 

                                          • When you update a pivot table that was created in Excel 2003 or any earlier versions by clicking Refresh in Excel 2007, some data may be missing from the pivot table. This problem occurs when the following conditions are true:

                                              

                                            • 	The pivot table contains more than 16,383 rows.
                                              • 

                                            • 	The pivot table was created by using a column reference for source data instead of a cell range. For example, you specify the range by using $A:$C, instead of $A1:$C17000.
                                              • 

                                            

                                            • 

                                          • Consider the following scenario.

                                              

                                            • You have two data files that have the same name. The files are located in different folders. 
                                              • 

                                            • 	You create two charts on different sheets. Each chart uses one of the data files in Excel 2007.
                                              • 

                                            • You copy the chart in one sheet, and then you paste it into the same sheet.
                                              • 

                                            

                                            In this scenario, the new chart links to the data file of the chart in the other sheet.
                                            

                                            • 

                                          • In PowerPoint 2007, you open a PowerPoint Presentation that was saved in the PowerPoint 97-2003 Presentation format  the compatibility mode. The file contains a chart that was created by using some data in an Excel 2007 file. When you try to change the file data source of the chart, PowerPoint 2007 crashes. This problem occurs when the Chart data range field has the focus, and you click the Close button on the Select Data Source dialog box.

                                            • 

                                          • When you use create multilevel subtotals for data in Excel 2007, the criteria that you used to create the subtotals appears in the incorrect order.

                                                After you install Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 Service Pack 1 (SP1), a declarative workflow does not start automatically in the following products:

                                                For example, if you configure a declarative workflow to start when a new item is created or when a new item is changed, the declarative workflow does not start as expected. The Unified Logging Service (ULS) log files contain no information about why this behavior occurs.
                                                

                                                 
                                                

                                                CAUSE
                                                

                                                This behavior occurs because a security fix in Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 SP1 prevents declarative workflows from starting automatically under the system account. After you install Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 SP1, declarative workflows do not start automatically if the following conditions are true:
                                                

                                                

                                                
•
The Windows SharePoint Services Web application runs under a user’s domain account.

                                                

                                                
•
The user logs in by using  this domain account.

                                                

                                                
•
The site displays the user  name as System Account.

                                                

                                                

                                                 
                                                

                                                RESOLUTION
                                                

                                                To resolve this behavior, set the application pool account to use a different user account. You may want to create a new user account specifically for this purpose.
                                                

                                                To set the application pool account to use a different user account, follow these steps:
                                                

                                                

                                                
1.
On the server that is running one of the products that is listed in the “Applies to” section, click Start, point to All Programs, point to Microsoft Office Server, and then click SharePoint 3.0 Central Administration.

                                                

                                                
2.
Click the Operations tab.

                                                

                                                
3.
Under Security Configuration, click Service Accounts.

                                                

                                                
4.
Click Web application pool, and then click Windows SharePoint Services Web Application in the Web service box.

                                                

                                                
5.
In the Application pool box, click  the application pool that you want to change.

                                                

                                                
6.
Under Select an account for this component, click Configurable,  and then type the user name and the password for the different user account.

			Saving Background Sounds
                                                  
It is possible to save background sounds embedded into email onto your hard  disk. Open Tools > Options > Send. Change both Mail sending formats to plain  text. Open the message you want to grab the sound from and click on Forward. The  sound files will appear attached to the forwarded message. Save the files from  here and close the message. you can now reset any HTML settings that you  changed. 
                                                  

                                                  Import messages and address easily
                                                  
Outlook Express lets you import messages and addresses from other popular mail  clients. Click File > Import and choose the appropriate item to import. Follow  the instructions on the Outlook Express Import Wizard. 
                                                  

                                                  Beauty in pictures
                                                  
Instead of sending pictures as attachments, insert the photo directly into the  message. this way, the image will not have to be opened separately. Make sure  that the recipient can receive HTML messages. To embedded an image into a mail  message, while composing a message, click on Insert > Picture and choose the  image you wish to insert. The image will be received as part of the message  instead of an attachment (depending on the recipient’s mail client). 
                                                  

                                                  Message Rules
                                                  
You can instruct Outlook Express on what to do with messages you receive from  Tools > Message Rules. For example, if you keep receiving spam from a particular  address, you can block all messages from that address. Open Tools > Message  Rules > Mail. in the Message Rules dialog box, click on New. Select where from  line contains people and click on the contains people link below. Type in the  annoying address. For the Actions, select Delete it from server. this way, any  mail from that address will never be downloaded. Provide a name for the rule and  click OK. 
                                                  

                                                  Identities
                                                  
Outlook Express implements Identities – personal profiles with in Outlook  Express that you login into, so that you can keep your e-mail private. Click on  File > Identities > Add New Identity to add a new identity. Follow the  instructions on screen. From File > Identities > Manage Identities, you can set  the default identity to start with and also provide password for each identity. 
                                                  

                                                  HTML Source Editing
                                                  
Message in HTML format are similar to Web pages with Outlook Express 5, you can  edit the HTML source for message and even use HTML feature that are not listed  within Outlook Express. When composing a message, click on View > Source Edit.  Click on the Source tab and edit the source. 
                                                  

                                                  Hotmail
                                                  
You can now add a Hotmail account to Outlook Express and view it as any POP  account. To sign up for a new account, open Tools > New Account Signup >  Hotmail. Follow the instructions on screen. if you already have an account with  Hotmail, click on Tools > Accounts > Add > Mail. Provide the Display name and  click Next. 
                                                  

                                                  Drag-n-Drop file attachments
                                                  
With Outlook Express, you can quickly attach a file from your desktop or any  folder to any outgoing message. Simple drag the file into the message area of  your e-mail. outlook Express automatically inserts it as a file attachment.  Similarly, you can drag file attachments from received email to save them to the  desktop or a folder.
