SYMPTOMS
| • | On a Windows Vista-based computer, you use the Windows Aero color scheme feature. |
| • | You enable the transparency option in the Windows Aero color scheme feature. |
| • | While you are using Windows Internet Explorer 7, a pop-up window opens. |
In this scenario, a half-transparent band appears at the top of the new Internet Explorer window.
This issue occurs if the following conditions are true:
| • | The Web page uses the Window.Open script function to open the Internet Explorer pop-up window. |
| • | In the script function, the navigation bar is configured to be invisible. |
