SYMPTOMS
This problem occurs if the folder is stored in one of the following locations:
| • | Drive: ProgramData Microsoft Windows Start Menu Folder Name |
| • | Drive: Roaming Microsoft Windows Start Menu Folder Name |
Note Drive represents the letter of the Windows Vista system drive. Folder Name represents the name of the folder that you want to open.
This problem does not occur when the folder that you want to open is stored in either of the following locations:
| • | Drive: ProgramData Microsoft Windows Start Menu Programs Folder Name |
| • | Drive: Roaming Microsoft Windows Start Menu Programs Folder Name |
