SYMPTOMS
Consider the following scenario. You insert a cross-reference into a Microsoft Office Word 2007 document. If you update the cross-reference, a revision occurs in the value of the Ref field. In this scenario, the Ref field is updated incorrectly when you print the Word 2007 document. Therefore, the revision in the cross-reference disappears.
