You update some page values in a Microsoft Office Word 2007 document. When you compare the revised document to the original document, the changes in the TOC and PageRef fields do not appear.

Set the CompDiffSupressPageRefOnlyInHdr registry entry. To do this, follow these steps: a. Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK. b. Locate and then click the following registry subkey: HKEY_CURRENT_USER Software Microsoft Office 12.0 Word Options c. On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value. d. Type CompDiffSupressPageRefOnlyInHdr, and then press ENTER. e. Right-click CompDiffSupressPageRefOnlyInHdr, and then click Modify. f. In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK. g. Exit Registry Editor.
